Goodbye 2010...

Out with the old, in with the new.....  As 2010 is coming to an end, putting away the holiday decorations I of course get side tracked with old photos.
Using our AWESOME Scrapabilities papers and bling; I found some great pictures of the kids in my to scrap pile. Love how the entire kit makes putting something together so easy!
One of my many resolutions for this year are to print and display my pictures! I am so proud of my kids/family my goal is to find creative ways to show off their art and the many photos I take during the year.
Any ideas are sure welcome!
Bring it on 2011, I am ready!

felt a little creative today...

I have been telling myself its time to get back into the swing of things, so today i tackled the project of the picture frames for helen's room. these have been sitting in my very unorganized closet for about 1 year now. It feels good to get something done. Now wondering how long it will take me to get the pictures printed and put inside the frames, and then hung of course:)

taking a break

there is plenty to be doing around the house, but we wanted to take a break and go check out Lake Darling where they are draining the entire lake. The kids were pretty disappointed at first that there was still lots of water left. Then chose to have a rock throwing contest, started out seeing who could throw the farthest, then turned out a contest to see who could pick up the biggest rock.....

Helen lost her front tooth!

I cannot believe Helen turns 6 in 15 days, and has lost her front tooth. How quick time goes by. I am trying my best to stick to my resolution of living in the moments, not worrying about what needs to happen next.
I am so very lucky to have 3 wonderful children, and a great husband.

Life is good.

great day!

what a great day. we had a wonderful lunch with family to celebrate my dad's 70+ birthday! We got him a GPS tracking system. Dad was so excited!

Tonight I am scrapbooking with a wonderful friend, and then sneaking off for a few drinks!
